What is Oneness?

Oneness is your true nature.
When the divide between who you are and who you think you should be dissolves,
When all conflict between who you are and who you have been told you must be dissolves,
there is a peaceful awareness of all that is flowing within you.
That inner peace is oneness.

Oneness is the true nature of your body. Oneness is the true nature of your body, where 30 trillion cells work in sync to create the miracle called the human body. When you move into awakened states of consciousness, your body moves into this magnificent space.

The true nature of our relationship with one another is oneness. You and the other are not separate. We are one in our human experience.
The way you and I experience fear, love, joy, and longing, are one. Our differences are superficial.
