Food
Enjoy multi-sensory nutritious, plant-based meals, vegan and macrobiotic, with Ayurvedic spices, curated by wellness head chef Angela Agrati and macrobiotic expert chef Ken Prange. Angela packs maximum flavors into the nutritionally cooked meals and creates super healthy desserts that delight the palate and the soul. They offer vegan, gluten-free, energy-balancing food cooked specially by taking the changing seasons into consideration. For Ken, food is the act of balancing the yin and yang energies of the body and the mind. Chewing freshly made food with meditative attention and joy is the way to restore balance to the body. The meals are designed to support the natural detoxification of the body and nourish the organ systems – healing from within.
Cooking Lessons
Part of the joy of eating is also the thrill of learning to cook these healthy and delicious recipes back home. Engage in hands-on cooking experiences with Angela in our modern, well-equipped kitchen. She has hosted cooking courses and served as head chef at many prestigious culinary events across the world. Angelas lessons offer personal guidance, emphasizing the importance of tailored food as medicine and
nourishment.
Yoga
Daily morning yoga sessions focus on uniting breath/Pranayama with body postures/asanas promoting harmony between the physical body, energy body, and the mind body. Each day of yoga enhances stability, flexibility, and confidence.
Qigong
Qigong is part of your program for health and well-being. A traditional Chinese movement-based meditation for deep relaxation and focus is offered. Oneness Nordic, with its Tibetan and Chinese architecture, is the perfect setting for the coordinated practice of Qigong.
Meditation
Practice powerful meditations created by Sri Preetaji and Sri Krishnaji, designed to reduce stress and enhance clarity. These methods help transition the brain from chaotic beta patterns to soothing alpha waves. During Oneness Health Week, you will also practice the take-home meditations that help fulfill your heartfelt intentions. These meditations are tried and tested methods practiced by a wide cross-section of people from nations of the world, from beginners to long-time practitioners.

Hiking
Nestled among ancient pine, oak, and beech tree forests, Oneness Nordic Centre invites you for guided hike tours, both long and short treks, and meditations in the stillness of nature. Numerous studies in the field of green therapy have shown that exposure to nature has the potential to reduce stress, improve mood, enhance cognitive function, and contribute to overall well-being, even improvements of the immune system has been reported. Rooms and Suites

Trainers
Curated by Marie Butler, under the guidance of Sri Preetaji, the Health Week at Oneness Nordic will be nourishment for the body and soul, to which you will be drawn again and again. Facilitators trained in the methodology of our enlightened master will explore the wisdom lessons, Anna Agrell (Yoga), Ragna Forsberg (Qigong), Benjamin Benjaminsson (guide, hiking), Angela Agrati (Chef), and Ken Prange (Macrobiotics) lead the various
activities and lessons this September week, bringing expertise and dedication to the retreat.
